A Library Senior Session- Cordelia

Taking a look back at this library senior session…

After searching around for a South Shore Senior photographer, Cordelia’s mom reached out to me. Comparatively, she loved how natural all my images looked and thought I would be a perfect fit for her daughter. After discussing what they were looking for they booked a session with me and then I went to work on where to photography the gorgeous high school senior!

Cordelia is into fantasy books, so I thought maybe we should make it a library senior session into. We were lucky enough to take some pictures inside Ames Library, even with some covid restrictions still in place. A library senior session is a little tough, but we found some quieter sections and rows to work with. Additionally, when you incorporate items that the senior loves, it definitely makes it easier to break the ice. As well as get some natural reactions from the senior.

Next, we worked our way around Queset Gardens, which is right next to the Library. In a way, it’s kind of like walking outside to a whole other world, as if you’re reading a book! She then chose from a few outfits to give her a classic senior photo to choose from. This Bristol-Plymouth Regional senior is pretty special. She had her younger brother with her and you could see how much he adored her. Not to mention, she also had an awesome tattoo for her other brother that we wanted to showcase. These are the special things you’ll remember about your senior year that I loved to include in your pictures. Cordelia was such a joy to work with. She was game for anything and once she realized how easy “posing” can be, her eyes gave off that amazing sparkle.

All in all, we had a beautiful night for their session and her images are gorgeous! Thanks to Cordelia and her mom for choosing me!
