Sarah and Branden- Intimate Wedding at Home
Sarah and Branden had a wonderful wedding planned for Loon Pond Lodge this June, but like many, Covid-19 had other plans for their Big Day! They made the difficult decision to have their wedding at home, instead of at the venue. Despite the rain that delayed the wedding ceremony a little bit, they were surrounded by family and friends for a perfect intimate wedding in their front yard!
The gorgeous tree in front, made the perfect spot for their ceremony location and hay barrel seats lined the path up to the arbor. While getting ready, we had a fun moment for Sarah’s daughter to see her mom in her dress for the first time! She ran into her mom’s arms after her jaw dropped at how beautiful Sarah looked! During the ceremony, they had live butterflies ready to make a wish on, open and send out for the universe to take hold. After the ceremony we were able to do some family photos, bridal party, their new family portraits and then walk down to Lakeville Country Club for formal portraits. The delay in the ceremony actually gave us a chance to take their portraits in the MOST beautiful light! It really was a perfect end to the celebration!
Fun story: While walking down, Sarah and Branden told me that this was the country club that they actually met at! It was during a rehearsal dinner for their friends getting married. Fast forward to buying a house down the street and then getting to take their wedding portraits there. I LOVE this so much!!
Congratulations to Sarah and Branden and their family! Wishing you all a lifetime of happiness together!
Enjoy some of my favorites from their wedding day!
